BACKORDERS
We don't backorder items. All orders are considered 'complete' when shipped. Contact us to check on the availability of an item.
CANADIAN ORDERS
Please include 20% for estimated shipping through the US Post Office. Using the US Postal Service Airmail takes about 2-4 weeks, Surface takes about 8 weeks. Any excess funds will be returned. Sorry, we cannot ship UPS or COD into Canada.
CATALOG REQUESTS
 Our latest full-color catalog features 48 pages of Medals and Miliatria – and is FREE on request by email, or order online , as a free item, which gets you into the mailing process a little faster.
International Catalog Requests: We mail our catalog to you anywhere on the planet for the same price: FREE!.
CHECKS & MONEY ORDERS
We accept U.S. personal or business checks (please allow 10 working days for bank clearance and money orders drawn on U.S. banks. You must include your phone number with all orders!

Dealer catalogs and pricing is offered ONLY to those officially engaged in the business of reselling items offered by WWM. If you are a store owner, antique or militaria dealer, or other reseller, we have a complete wholesale catalog available for you. Just send us a request for the catalog along with a copy of your sales tax certificate.

When you select a premium shipping method, we will do our best to give the order priority. We normally require 3 days to process and ship an order, so priority shipping saves time only once it is shipped.

- If you are not signed-in (logged-in) you will be offered that opportunity before proceeding so that your existing information can be used, saving you time.

- If your order is over $250, the first selection will be free shipping (U.S. orders to 48 continental states).
- If your order is under $250, the first option will show the applicable charge based on the order total (U.S. orders).
- Otherwise, select another option and you will be charged accordingly.
- International Shipping Options: While we only ship U.S.P.S. outside the 48 U.S. states.
- Minimum Order - Orders outside US: $; US orders, no minimum. Note: This minimum DOES apply to Canada and Mexico, sorry.
- Shipping charges shown are estimates based on item weight. Actual packaging may result in differences, but you can use this as a good guideline.
- We normally ship via UPS ground service, except where stated. Select any type of delivery you wish from the dropdown options display. If you have a problem with UPS, indicate your needs in the "Special Order Instructions" field provided, or call us to discuss your requirements.
- IMPORTANT NOTE: Don't select a shipping method with a $0 amount as this indicates that it is not available to your address. If you believe this to be a mistake, please call us and we will look into it.

FOREIGN & CANADIAN ORDERS
Credit card payment is best, but you may include payment in US$. Please specify Air or Surface mail. Remember, we do not ship UPS on foreign orders.
Please note that shipping charges indicated in the online selections for foreign orders are approximate. It is impossible for the computer tables to get this exactly right, so they are meant to give you an idea what to expect. Please call or email for an exact amount.

Please note that WorldWide Militaria is closed on the following holidays to give our staff a break and some quality time with their families. We are also closed the last three days of the year to take inventory, but that ain't no break!

PRICES SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE
All items will be shipped at their current price. Please let us know when placing your order if you would like notification of any substantial price increases before shipment.
RETURN POLICY
- All items must meet your approval or purchase price (less postage) will be refunded.
- Return the item(s) in original condition within 10 days.
- Returns must include a copy of your invoice and a statement of your desire for a prompt refund, credit or replacement.
- We cannot, however, accept any returns made to our warehouse that arrive COD.
- After 10 days, returns may be subject to restocking charges.

Most orders are processed within 3 working days from receipt of payment, but please allow a minimum of 2 weeks for your order to be received. We encourage our customers to have their orders shipped via UPS (except where noted for foreign orders).

SHIPPING (HOW WE SHIP)
Our standard is UPS Ground (refer to above charts). If you prefer faster shipping, we also offer UPS Overnight and UPS 2-Day Service at an additional charge. Your phone number must be included with the order.
We ship U.S. Postal Service to P.O. Boxes, per the above chart.
